Day 4+5: Lake Kariba
We continue towards Africa’s largest man made dam 226km long and in places up to 40 km wide. Lake Kariba is Zambia's undiscovered Riviera! It offers spectacular views, stunning sunsets, great fishing, boating opportunities, water sports, game drives, walks or wonderful relaxing just soaking up the sunshine. We will spend two days indulging in optional activities.
Day 6-8: Victoria Falls
We travel towards Livingstone and explore one of the world’s Natural wonders, the mighty Victoria Falls. Described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800’s as ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’ - ‘the Smoke that Thunders’ and in more modern terms as ‘the greatest known curtain of falling water’, Victoria Falls are a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River.
We will explore the falls and the Mosi O Tunya National Park situated along the upper Zambezi stretching from and including the Falls for about 12kms up river. It is only 66 square kilometers but besides its modest size, the park contains hippo, elephant, giraffe and even couple of introduced white rhino. Various activities are on offer; ranging from whitewater rafting, Bungi jumping, canoeing, horseback trails, river safaris, elephant back safaris just to mention a few.
Day 9: Lusaka
We travel back towards Lusaka and spend the last night in the capital with dinner at the Rhapsody’s.

Day 1-3: Kafue National Park
On arrival at the Lusaka International Airport you will be met by our representative before you transfer to Kafue National Park. Kafue is Zambia’s oldest park and by far the largest. From the astounding Busanga Plains in the North-western section of the Park to the tree-choked wilderness and the lush dambos of the south, fed by the emerald green Lunga, Lufupa and Kafue Rivers, the park sustains huge herds of a great diversity of wildlife. Large prides of lion, solitary leopards and cheetahs are the prime predators. There is a host of smaller carnivores from the side-striped jackal, civet, genet and various mongooses.
