Pastry  (1 employees)

General description  of position: Pastry  help manage the kitchen in the production and service of the best quality menus using the freshest ingredients.They also need to have artistic ability and creativity to produce pastries and desserts that look as good as they taste.Understanding of current legislation for health, hygiene and food safety controls are essential. 

Education level required:  concluded school education (High school)

Working experience:A minimum of three years of experience in   practical works as a pastry. Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts

Skills required:Positive and enthusiastic,extreme courtesy,professionalism,on time, good team spirit, good relation and communication skills.

Language:advanced  English language, Serbian language an advantage.

F&B Manager (1 employees)

General description  of position

Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service

Recruitment and training of staff

Shift scheduling

Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback

Purchase and control of inventory

Monitor revenues and expenses

Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations

Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc

Education level required :

Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset

Working expirience: minimum 5 years working experience at the some position in 4&5* hotel/cruise hospitality

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to multi-task

Good organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skill

Language Requirements

advanced  English and  Russian language  (speaking,writing, reading),
